Compromises for people who aren't willing to go vegan

I posted a video on Facebook of footage of farms and slaughterhouses and a lot of people seemed to react quite strongly to it. But I've got a vibe not too many of these people will be willing to go fully vegetarian or vegan. Is there some useful link I can post that might help them to work out some kind of compromise?
